Why are our pies so good? For starters we make our own all butter pastry. We use the softest of flours to produce a tender flaky texture with rich buttery tones. The all important pastry to filling ratio means there's more filling and the majority of the filling is the good stuff whether that be steak, chicken pork or chickpea. I have travelled the world as a chef and this has culminated in a festival of flavours for you to enjoy.

The Piemonger is a culmination of myself having spent the last 30 years cooking for a living and traveling around the globe. All the unique flavours and techniques I have learnt over this time come together to create a product thats made by hand, made in small batches, with quality ingredients and a whole lot of love.
